Now Hiring - Customer Service Representative in Lowell, AR

Growing insurance agency in need of a Licensed Customer Service Professional to join the team! Jeff Cook Insurance Agency is looking for insurance licensed professionals to join his growing agency in Lowell, AR. The ideal Customer Service Professional enjoys helping customers with their service needs – the ability to discuss coverages/possible gaps, make outbound calls to customers and prospects, and conduct follow-ups to improve the overall customer experience.

Incentives and Pay –

• $16 to $20 an hour (based on experience) + Monthly & annual Bonus Opportunities
• Retirement Plan Employer Contributions – start after 3 years of tenure
• Vacation Time – 1 week vacation after one year, 2 weeks of vacation after two years

Responsibilities –

• Answer phones and assist customers
• Process policy changes and take payments
• Help customers with their customer service and insurance needs
• Make daily outbound customer service calls to customers to follow-up on claims, documents, discounts, and other customer touch points
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and insurance gaps. Discuss gaps with customer and send quote opportunity to the sales team.
• Conduct coverage reviews with customers to walk through customers’ insurance coverages and possible gaps
• Utilize agency provided system to enter comments, follow-ups, and documents
• Make outbound calls to prospects to offer insurance quotes
• Ask customers for referrals based on the service level you and the agency provide
• Daily utilization of agency provided system to enter follow-up, comments, and documents.

Job Requirements –

• Active Arkansas Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses
• 1 year of Customer Service Experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
• Ability to connect with customers and build rapport quickly
• Willingness to learn, be self-motivated, work in a team, and possess a positive attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and the team
• Proficient at using computers, Microsoft Office, and online applications
